What this article covers: What you see the first time you log in to BrizoConsol, and how to choose between exploring demo data and loading your first company.

Before you have an organisation, BrizoConsol opens on the Welcome to BrizoConsol screen, which asks how you would like to get started. If your account has no subscription yet, the screen asks you to add one first.

1. Explore with Demo Data (Recommended)

Choose Explore with Demo Data and click the button at the bottom to create a demo group in seconds. It is fully loaded with consolidations, dashboards, and reports — a multi-entity group with all features unlocked. A progress dialog shows the demo being built, and a guided tour starts when it is ready. See Guided Tours & In-App Help and, when you are done, Removing the Demo Organisation.

2. Load Your First Company

Choose Load Your First Company to start with your real data, then pick your accounting software:

Option What happens
Xero / QuickBooks / Zoho Books / MYOB Click Connect and Load Your Company to sign in to the accounting system and authorise BrizoConsol. No manual files are needed. See Connecting Entities to Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, or Zoho Books.
Other system, manual, or Excel/CSV upload Opens Create your organisation with custom setup options — including Create a consolidated organisation, which combines multiple related entities into one structure for group-level reporting and eliminations. Enter the organisation name to continue. See Uploading via Excel or CSV.

The bottom of the Welcome screen links to the Product Tour video, the Setup Checklist, the Documentation, and the Support Site.
