The Month End Status page gives you a single view of consolidation readiness for any period — showing which entities have loaded their data, the status of group-level journals and eliminations, and whether the period is open or locked.
Period navigation
Use the period selector at the top right to switch between months. The arrow buttons step one period back or forward, or choose directly from the dropdown. A Current badge marks the active period.
Period lock
A lock icon next to the period selector shows whether the period is open (green) or locked (red). Users with the Manage Period Locks permission see a Lock or Unlock button to toggle it. Locking a period prevents further data changes for that month.
Summary cards
Five cards at the top of the page show a quick count of entity statuses across the selected period — how many entities are complete, have warnings, have errors, and so on.
Entity data status
The entity table shows the data load status for every entity in the group across four data types: GL data (general ledger trial balance), Invoices (accounts receivable), Bills (accounts payable), and P&L tracking (tracking category profit and loss). An Overall column summarises each entity's readiness.
Status pills use colour coding: green (Loaded) means data is present and up to date; amber (Warning) means data loaded with issues to review; red (Not loaded) means no data for this period — clicking the pill opens the data load page for that entity; blue (Pending) means a sync is in progress; grey (N/A) means not applicable for this entity or data type.
Group-level adjustments
The Journals & eliminations section lists all group-level adjustments for the period, grouped by type: Eliminations by data type (intercompany eliminations across AR, AP, and other data types), GAAP Journals (journals applied under your accounting standard), Consolidation Journals (journals at the consolidated group level), and Other adjustments (remaining manual adjustments). Each row shows the adjustment name, a brief description, the number of entries, its status pill, and a View link to open the relevant screen.
