What this article covers: How to use the display toggles, row search, and Advanced filters drawer on BrizoConsol reports — hiding zero rows and columns, breaking figures down by entity, filtering or highlighting rows by account, amount, or forecast variance.
Every report has a set of controls above the grid that change what you see without changing the report itself. These sit alongside the header icons for export, report settings, and adding the report to an Insight Package.
1. Display Toggles

What it does
Show Entities
Adds columns for each entity, plus group adjustment columns, next to the consolidated figures — so you can see how each entity contributes. Not shown on Budget and Forecast pages.
Hide Zero Rows
Hides rows where every visible value is zero. If all rows are zero, the report shows No data to display. All rows are hidden by Hide Zero Rows.
Hide Zero Columns
Hides period columns where every value is zero.
Input Mode
Budget and Forecast pages only — lets you type movements into the cells. See Entering Budget & Forecast Data.
2. Searching Rows
Type in the Search box to show only the rows whose text matches. The search term appears as a chip above the grid — click its remove icon to clear it.
3. Advanced Filters
Click the Filter icon in the report header to open the Advanced filters drawer.
Option
Description
Result mode
Filter rows hides rows that do not match. Highlight cells keeps every row and highlights the matching values instead.
Account name or code
Match accounts by name or code, for example Rent or G-51.
Quick filters
Non-zero values only and Negative values only.
Account type
Limit to selected account types, where the report provides account type information.
Number filtering
Tick Enable amount filter, choose the Amount column (or Any visible column), the operator — Greater than, Less than, or Between — and the amount (and maximum, for Between).
Actual vs Forecast variance
Shown when the report has actual and forecast columns. Choose the Variance period and a Variance threshold (%); values whose absolute variance is greater than the threshold are highlighted.
Click Apply filters. Each active filter appears as a chip above the grid; remove a chip to drop that filter, or use Clear all in the drawer to reset everything.
