What this article covers: How to set up automated email delivery for Dashboards, Reports, and Insight Packages — configuring frequency, recipients, and subject lines, and managing scheduled items.

BrizoConsol can automatically send Dashboards, Reports, and Insight Packages to any email address on a recurring schedule. Recipients do not need a BrizoConsol account to receive scheduled deliveries.

1. Setting Up a Schedule

1

2
Click the Schedule icon or buttonFound in the top-right corner of the page. This opens the schedule configuration panel.
3
Configure your schedule settingsSet the frequency, date and time, recipients, and optional subject and message — see the options below.
4
Save the scheduleThe schedule activates immediately and will deliver on the next occurrence of your chosen frequency.

2. Schedule Options

Frequency

Option When it sends
Daily Every day at the specified time
Weekly On a selected day of the week at the specified time
Monthly On a selected day of the month at the specified time

Recipients

Enter the email addresses of everyone who should receive the scheduled delivery. Multiple recipients can be added, separated by commas. Recipients do not need a BrizoConsol account.

Subject & Message (optional)

Customise the email subject line and add a short message to give recipients context — for example, "Monthly Board Report — April 2025" or a brief note about what the package contains.

💡 Tip: Use a descriptive subject line so recipients immediately understand the content — especially useful when sending multiple different reports to the same audience.

3. Managing Scheduled Items

All active schedules can be viewed, edited, paused, or deleted from the Scheduled Items page. To access it, go to the Insight Packages section and select Schedule from the left navigation sidebar.

Action How to do it
Edit a schedule Click the schedule to open its settings and update frequency, recipients, or message
Pause a schedule Toggle the schedule off to suspend delivery without deleting it — useful during reporting freeze periods
Delete a schedule Remove the schedule permanently — the underlying Dashboard, Report, or Insight Package is not affected
⚠️ Good practice: Review your scheduled items periodically to make sure recipient lists are up to date and schedules are still aligned with your reporting calendar.
