The JV / Associate Report shows the equity-method calculations for entities where the group holds a joint venture or associate interest (typically 20%–50% ownership). It displays the group share of profit, net assets, CTA, and other reserve components calculated for the selected period.

1. Navigating to the JV / Associate Report

From the left navigation, go to Ownership & Equity, then select JV / Associate Report under the Reports section.

2. Selectors and Filters

Selector Description
Select the JV or associate entity to review — the report shows equity-method data for one entity at a time
Select the month to report on
Actual, Budget, or Forecast
MTD (month-to-date) or YTD (year-to-date)

3. Equity Method Components

The report lists the equity-method components for the selected entity — the calculated journal lines that make up the group share of equity in the JV or associate:

Component Description
The group ownership percentage of the entity net profit for the period
The group ownership percentage of the entity net assets
The group share of Cumulative Translation Adjustment — relevant for foreign currency JVs and associates
The group share of any other equity reserve movements in the entity
