What this article covers: How to manage your BrizoConsol subscriptions — adding, upgrading, renaming, editing, and cancelling subscriptions, resuming an unfinished payment, opening the billing portal, and switching between subscriptions.
Open the Subscriptions page from the user menu (your initials) in the top-right corner. It shows your current plan, the plans available, and a table of all your subscriptions. For edition features and prices, see Pricing & Plans.
1. Adding a Subscription

Click Add SubscriptionThe dialog opens.

Name itEnter a name, for example APAC Group or FY2026 Plan.

Choose the edition and number of organisationsPick the edition and use the stepper to set how many entities are included in billing. The dialog shows the total due today. Plans are billed monthly in USD, excluding tax.

Complete paymentYou are taken through the payment flow. You can add or remove entities later; charges are prorated.
Click Add a trial subscription to create a trial instead.
2. Your Subscriptions Table
Column
Description
Name
The subscription name.
Edition
The subscription edition.
Type
Multiple for a consolidation (multi-entity) subscription, Single for a single entity.
Organisations
The number of organisations included.
Expiry Date
When the subscription expires or renews.
Status
The subscription status, for example Draft when checkout was not completed.
Actions
The actions available for that subscription — see below. Cancelled subscriptions have no actions.
3. Subscription Actions
Action
What it does
Rename
Change the subscription name. Shown on free and single-entity subscriptions; for paid multi-entity subscriptions use Edit.
Upgrade
Upgrade a free subscription to a paid edition.
Edit
Change the name and the Number of Organisations on a paid multi-entity subscription.
Cancel
Cancel the subscription. Access is revoked according to billing rules.
Resume Payment
Shown on Draft subscriptions. Continues the billing flow so you can complete payment.
4. Billing Portal
Once you have a paid subscription, a Customer Portal button opens the Stripe billing portal for your subscriptions.
5. Switching Subscriptions
If you have access to more than one subscription, open the organisation selector at the top of the left navigation and click Switch subscription. Search by name, sort A–Z or Z–A, and choose the subscription to open.
6. Plan Limit and Expired Subscription Screens

Free Plan Limit Reached
The trial (Free edition) allows 1 custom report, 1 custom dashboard, 1 Insight Package, 5 Insight Package sections, 5 intercompany entries, 5 adjustments, 5 auto-elimination rules, and 1 virtual group. Screens show a Trial edition: x of y used badge; when a limit is reached, click Subscribe Now to upgrade.
Subscription limit exceeded
You have more organisations than your plan allows, so consolidation and reporting are paused. Upgrade your plan, or remove organisations you no longer need in Organisation Hierarchy.
Subscription expired
All features are locked, but your data is kept. Click Renew subscription to continue where you left off.
