What this article covers: How to use the Comments page in BrizoConsol — reviewing every comment added to dashboards, Pulse, and reports for a period, filtering the list, opening the source of a comment, and deleting comments.

The Comments page collects the comments for the selected reporting period in one list. It shows the comments you have added on dashboards, Pulse, and reports, plus any comments other users have sent to you. Use it as a review checklist before you finalise a period.

1. Accessing the Page

Go to Review → Comments from the left navigation. The page opens on the current reporting period, shown in the Selected period card next to the Visible comments count.

2. Selecting a Period

Use the reporting month selector at the top of the page to change the period. The list reloads with the comments for the month you pick.

3. The Comments Table

Column Description
Where the comment was made — Dashboard, Pulse, or Report. If the comment was added to a Forecast or Budget view, the scenario is appended, e.g. Report - Budget.
The dashboard, Pulse view, or report (with the account) the comment belongs to. Click the name to open that screen.
The user who wrote the comment.
The comment text.
When the comment was last changed.
The Delete comment icon. See section 5.

4. Filtering Comments

  • Use the type buttons — All, Dashboard, Pulse, Report — to show one kind of comment.
  • Type in the Filter by name, user, or comment box to search across the name, author, and comment text. Click Clear to empty the box.
  • If no comment matches, click Reset filters in the empty state to return to the full list.

5. Deleting a Comment

Users with Administrator access see a delete icon on comments they wrote. Click it and confirm in the Delete Comment dialog. Comments that another user sent to you have no delete action on this page.

💡 Tip: When someone sends you a comment, a New Comment notification appears under the bell icon. See Notifications.
