What this article covers: How to manage your BrizoConsol user profile — name, email, and theme, changing your password, setting up two-factor authentication, and deleting your account.
Open your profile from the user menu (your initials) in the top-right corner and choose Profile. The page is split into four sections.
1. Profile Information
- Update your name and email address, then click Save Changes. When you change your email address, a Confirm Email Change dialog asks you to check the new address — if it is wrong, you may not be able to log in again.
- If your email address is unverified, click the link to re-send the verification email.
- Choose a theme — System, Light, or Dark. The theme applies immediately on the device you are using.
2. Update Password
Enter your current password and the new password twice. The new password must meet all four rules shown on the form: 12+ characters, an uppercase letter, a number, and a special character. If your password has expired, a message at the top of this section tells you to change it, and a Password Expired notification appears under the bell.
3. Two-Factor Authentication
After this, BrizoConsol asks for a code from your authenticator app each time you sign in. To turn it off, click Disable Two-Factor Authentication.
4. Delete Account
Click Delete Account and enter your password to confirm. This is permanent: all of the account’s resources and data are deleted. Download anything you want to keep first.
5. Automatic Sign-Out
For security, BrizoConsol signs you out after a period without activity — 15 minutes by default. When this happens, a You’ve been signed out message explains that your session ended after that many minutes without activity; sign in again to continue where you left off. Activity in any open BrizoConsol tab keeps the session alive.
