What this article covers: How drill-down works in BrizoConsol reports — clicking account rows to view transaction detail, and clicking section totals to open the trend chart panel.
Every report in BrizoConsol is interactive. You can click into account rows to see the underlying transactions, or click a section total to view how that figure has moved over time in a slide-in chart panel.
1. Drilling Into an Account Row
Click on any account amount in a report to open the transaction detail page. This shows every individual transaction that makes up the figure for the selected period — journal lines, invoices, or bank transactions depending on your connected accounting system.
2. Section Total — Trend Chart Panel
Click on a section total row (such as a subtotal or formula row) to open the trend chart panel on the right side of the screen. The panel shows how that section has trended over time as a line chart, giving you a quick visual read of the movement without leaving the report.
The chart in the panel covers recent periods and updates immediately when you click a different section row. Click anywhere outside the panel or press the close button to dismiss it.
3. Account Trend Chart
Clicking an individual account cell that has a trend indicator opens the slide panel for that account — similar to the section trend panel. It shows the account balance or movement across recent periods as a mini chart. This is useful for spotting whether a figure is a one-off or part of a sustained trend without opening the full transaction detail.
