What this article covers: The API Access page, available on Premium — creating credentials your own systems use to write data into BrizoConsol, and revoking them.
The BrizoConsol REST API lets your own systems write data — such as trial balances, invoices, bills, journal lines and operational data — into BrizoConsol, and request a consolidation. The API Access page manages the credentials those systems use. Endpoints and authentication are documented at developer.brizoconsol.com.
🛈 Note: API Access is available on the
Premium plan only, to users with Administrator or Data Loading Admin access. To let AI assistants read your data instead, use the
MCP server, which is available on every plan. On Premium, the Zapier MCP client can also write through it.

5. API-Triggered Consolidation
A credential with the Consolidation (trigger overnight run) scope can request a consolidation. Requests are queued and run overnight, together with any trial balances written that day. Asking again while a request is pending adds nothing.
