When you first log in to BrizoConsol you will see the Welcome Screen. Choose one of the three options below to get started.

Option 1 — Connect to Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, or Zoho Books
This is the fastest way to get started. BrizoConsol imports your data automatically — no manual entry required.

On the Welcome Screen, click your accounting systemChoose Connect to Xero, Connect to QuickBooks, Connect to MYOB, or Connect to Zoho Books.

Log in to your accounting systemYou will be redirected to Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, or Zoho Books to authenticate.

Select the organisation to connectIf your account has multiple organisations, choose the one you want to import.

Authorise BrizoConsol to access your dataApprove the connection. BrizoConsol will begin importing your data immediately.
Once connected, BrizoConsol automatically imports:
- Chart of Accounts
- Last 2 years of Trial Balances
- Invoices and Bills
- Opening balances
💡 Tip: BrizoConsol supports a mix of Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, and manual entities within the same group. You do not need all entities to use the same accounting system.
Option 2 — Create an Organisation Manually
If your accounting system is not directly supported, you can create the organisation manually and upload data afterwards.

On the Welcome Screen, click Other SystemThis creates the organisation without connecting to an external system.

Enter your organisation name and saveThe organisation is created in BrizoConsol with no data synced. You can upload trial balances or transactions manually as needed.
Option 3 — Use Demo Data
Not ready to import your own data yet? The demo environment lets you explore BrizoConsol's full feature set instantly — no setup required.

To get started, select Create New Company with Demo Data on the Welcome Screen. No imports or manual preparation are required.
