What this article covers: How to use BrizoButler, the AI assistant in BrizoConsol — asking questions, using suggested prompts, reviewing chat history, rating answers, and the daily message limit.
BrizoButler answers questions about how to use BrizoConsol and about your financial data. Open it from the BrizoButler chat icon in the top header.
1. Asking a Question
- Type into the Ask a question... box and send.
- In a new chat, click a suggested prompt — for example Where do I input exchange rates? or Help me to create a P&L variance report — to send it.
- Answers that draw on documentation show a References section.
- Click New chat to start again.
2. Chat History
Click History to see your recent chats and reopen one. Click Back to return to the current chat.
3. Rating Answers
Use Helpful or Not helpful under an answer to rate it. Ratings help improve BrizoButler. BrizoConsol may store anonymised questions to improve the system.
4. Getting Human Support
When BrizoButler recommends a support ticket, the answer shows Log a support ticket and Email Support buttons. A Helpdesk link is also shown in new chats.
5. Message Limit
The bottom of the chat shows how many messages you have left today, for example 18 / 20 messages left today. Accounts with unlimited messages show Unlimited messages.
