What this article covers: The guided tours built into BrizoConsol, when they appear, and how to open help for the page you are on.
BrizoConsol includes short slide tours for key areas and a help panel on most pages.
1. Guided Tour
The Guided Tour walks through the app: the entity selector, Dashboards, Pulse, Reports, Insight Packages, Ownership & Equity, Intercompany, Adjustments, Review, Settings, and Search. In a demo group it also explains what the demo contains — the entities, 24 months of actual data, intercompany activity, budget and forecast, exchange rates, CTA and NCI, and the example Insight Packages.
- It is offered once per user on the first dashboard you reach, and again whenever the demo is created or reset.
- Click Show me around to start or Skip the tour to dismiss it.
- To reopen it at any time, open the Help menu in the header (the book icon) and choose Guided Tour.

How BrizoConsol Consolidates
Organisation Hierarchy. Opens automatically after the demo is created or reset. Covers the challenge at group level, the Common COA mapping structure, aggregation, your role in judgement and adjustments, and the result.
On the Organisation Hierarchy page, click the info icon (Open Guide) in the header to replay the tour.
3. Help for the Current Page
- Click the question-mark icon (Learn More) in the header to open the documentation for the page you are on in a side panel, without leaving the page.
- The Help menu also links to the Documentation, the Support Site, and Contact us.
