To access these reports, go to Reports → All Reports from the left navigation. Reports are grouped by category — use the search bar to find a specific report quickly, or click the star icon on any report to pin it to your navigation for quick access.

Profit & Loss
Revenue, expenses, and net profit for the selected period — the primary report for monitoring business performance
Balance Sheet
Snapshot of assets, liabilities, and equity at a specific date — shows financial position and stability
Cash Flow
Inflows and outflows of cash across operating, investing, and financing activities
Cash Summary
Summary view of cash inflows and outflows for a specific period
Trial Balance
All accounts and their balances — confirms total debits equal total credits for accurate financial reporting

Report
What it shows
P&L Variance
Actual P&L compared against last year's figures — highlights variances by amount and percentage. Opens with Actual vs Last Year period pre-selected.
P&L Forecast Variance
Actual P&L compared against forecast — identifies where performance is ahead of or behind plan. Opens with Actual vs Forecast period pre-selected.
Expenses
Breakdown of all expense types incurred by the business — useful for cost management and identifying spending trends

Gross Profit
Revenue, direct costs, and gross profit — insight into production or service profitability before overheads
Net Profit
Revenue, all expenses, and net profit — the bottom-line view of business performance
EBIT
Operating profit before financing costs and taxes — reflects core business performance independent of capital structure
EBITDA
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation — commonly used for business valuation and lender reporting
Return on Assets
Net profit as a percentage of total assets — measures how efficiently assets are being used to generate profit
Return on Equity
Net profit as a percentage of shareholders' equity — indicates return on investment for owners

Current Ratio
Current assets divided by current liabilities — assesses the ability to meet short-term obligations
Quick Ratio
Liquid assets (excluding inventory) divided by current liabilities — a stricter liquidity test than the current ratio
Activity

Days Sales in Inventory
Average number of days inventory is held before being sold — indicates inventory management efficiency
Accounts Receivable Days
Average days to collect payments from customers — reflects credit policy effectiveness and cash flow timing
Accounts Payable Days
Average days taken to pay suppliers — reflects payment terms and cash management practice

Report
What it shows
Debt to Equity
Proportion of funding from debt versus equity — indicates capital structure and financial risk
Debt to Assets
Proportion of assets financed by debt — shows overall leverage and long-term solvency
