What this article covers: How to use BrizoWriter to draft commentary for dashboard text cards with AI, review the suggestion, and save it.
BrizoWriter is the AI assistant for the text cards on your dashboards — the Comment, Executive Summary, Note, Overview, and Summary cards. It drafts commentary from your Profit & Loss data, which you review and edit before it is saved.
🛈 Who can use it: Editing text cards is available to users with Administrator access. The BrizoWriter icon appears when AI features are enabled for your organisation.
1. Writing Commentary Yourself
On a text card, click the edit icon, type or edit the text in the Edit Text dialog, and click Update.
2. Drafting with BrizoWriter

Open BrizoWriterClick the robot icon on the text card.

Add an instruction (optional)Describe what to focus on — for example focus on revenue performance. BrizoWriter uses your instruction and the last 24 months of Profit & Loss data.

Click Get SuggestionsThe suggestion opens in the Review AI Suggestion dialog.

Review and confirmEdit the suggested text as needed, then click Confirm & Update to save it to the card.
🛈 Check the output: AI-generated text may not be accurate. Always review and edit it before confirming.
Commentary is saved for the current reporting month, so each month’s commentary stays with that month.
