What this article covers: How to navigate to reports, select an organisation and reporting period, filter data, compare periods, and export — covering everything you need to get the most out of BrizoConsol's reporting.
1. Accessing Reports
Select Reports from the left navigation. By default, three primary reports are pinned for quick access:
Report
What it shows
Profit & Loss
Revenue, expenses, and profit for the selected period and entity or group
Balance Sheet
Assets, liabilities, and equity as at the reporting date
Cash Flow
Cash movements across operating, investing, and financing activities
Click All Reports to browse the full library — including built-in performance, comparison, and management reports. Use the search bar to find a specific report quickly. See Built-in Reports in BrizoConsol for a full list.
★ Tip: Click the star icon on any report to pin it to your left navigation — pinned reports appear on every login for quick access. Use this for reports you open every month.
2. Switching Organisation or Group
Use the organisation selector in the top-left corner to choose which entity or group the report should display:
Selection
What the report shows
Individual entity
Results for that entity only, in its own base currency
Consolidated group
Consolidated results across all entities in the group, in the group reporting currency
3. Selecting the Reporting Period
Use the Period Selector at the top of any report to change how the data is presented. Options range from a single month through to full fiscal year views, rolling 12-month trends, and built-in comparison views that automatically generate variance columns:

Fiscal year
Fiscal Year, Fiscal Year with Full Year, Budget Year
Rolling periods
Last 3, 6, 9, or 12 Months; Last 4 Quarters; Last 3 Years
Comparison views

For a full reference of all period options, see Comparing Periods & Actuals vs Forecast.
4. Filtering Data
Many reports support filtering to narrow the data shown. Click the filter icon to expand available filter options — you can apply multiple filters simultaneously.
Filter type

Accounts
Show only selected accounts within a section
KPIs
Show only selected KPI rows on KPI-based reports
💡 Tip: Applied filters and the selected period are both included when you export a report — what you see on screen is exactly what is exported.
5. Exporting Reports
Click the Export button at the top of any report to download it. Three formats are available:
