BrizoConsol is priced per entity per month — not per user. This means your entire finance team, management, and external stakeholders can all access BrizoConsol under the same subscription at no extra cost.

What it means
Entity
Any legal entity, subsidiary, branch, or division connected to BrizoConsol — each Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, or Zoho Books connection counts as one entity. A group with 4 subsidiaries = 4 entities.
Users
Unlimited on both plans — add as many team members, stakeholders, and clients as you need at no extra cost.
Billing
Monthly. No lock-in contracts.

Example: A group with a holding company and 3 subsidiaries = 4 entities. On Standard: 4 × $15 = $60/mo. On Pro: 4 × $35 = $140/mo. Unlimited users on both.
Which Plan Is Right for You?
Choose Standard if:
- All your entities operate in the same currency
- You report under a single accounting standard
- All subsidiaries are 100% owned — no minority shareholders
- You need consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting without advanced compliance requirements
Choose Pro if:
- Any subsidiary operates in a different currency to the group — you need CTA (Currency Translation Adjustment)
- You report under multiple accounting standards — e.g. Local GAAP for statutory filing and IFRS for investors
- Any subsidiary is partially owned — you need NCI (Non-Controlling Interest) calculations
- You want to upload financial data from any system using Excel, and have AI assist with classifying the file
- You need more than 2 years of historical data
- You want AI-powered detection of missing intercompany eliminations
